Linda McCue, Director
Linda has over a decade of search, selection and assessment experience across a wide range of disciplines, both private and public / not for profit sectors. She has a strong track record of delivery, particularly in difficult to fill and highly sensitive positions and has extensive experience of overseeing multi-vacancy requirements. Linda is highly adept at managing complex stakeholder relationships. She is fully qualified in both SHL Ability and Occupational Personality assessment tools.

Krystyna Ruszkiewicz, Director
Krystyna has worked in the UK health sector since 1985 and is widely known in HR circles. Before going independent in 2004, she was an HR Director for nearly 10 years, first at the Royal Marsden and then Chelsea and Westminster NHS Trust. She has a complete grasp of all workforce design issues, and is passionate about improving the performance of individuals and organisations to enable full potential to be achieved.
Krystyna has extensive HR / OD consulting experience and is a Governor of Kensington and Chelsea FE College. She covers all workforce and HR issues, and has many years experience of recruitment at senior level.

Norma French – Associate Director
Norma has over 20 years experience within the NHS and for eight years was the Director of Workforce and Corporate Affairs at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust before becoming and independent consultant. She has skills in both strategic and operational areas of management within acute settings including specialist, multi-sited NHS Foundation Trusts. She has overseen the development and implementation of innovative human resources and organisational development solutions to achieve organisational goals and enable the integration of leading human resources policies into all aspects of service delivery.

Sandy Gillett - Associate Director
Sandy is a highly respected HR Director with a proven track record of providing vision and leadership to develop and implement HR and OD strategies; a passion for fostering good employment practice and a special interest in achieving transformational change through people. She is experienced in working effectively with individuals and multi-disciplinary teams, across all professions and at all levels, in a wide range of NHS contexts to effect change and improvement; committed to quality, the patient experience and the development of staff and future leadership. Sandy's most recent role was Executive Director of HR at South West London & St Georges Mental Health NHS Trust.

Arthur Jones, FCIPD, MIMS (Dip), Associate
Arthur is a senior HR / OD specialist with valuable experience in all aspects of HR, including change management and union negotiation gained in multi-national companies and public services. Arthur has operated successfully at board level for several years and has particular strengths in dealing with post-merger workforce issues, delivering cost savings, service reconfiguration and turnaround.

Mike Frier, Head of Design and Brand
Having worked extensively in corporate design, brand and advertising for over 15 years in London and overseas, Mike brings a broad range of skills and experience from agency and in-house roles. Since completing his Masters in Design and Brand Strategy in 2002 he has combined a strategic understanding of branding with his design expertise and creativity. This has been focused on the recruitment sector as a design and brand consultant to a PLC, and in collaboration with Acertus Search and Select to provide innovative and effective design and brand solutions for public sector organisations.

Deborah Hamilton, International Associate
Over the past seven years, Deborah has lived in Tanzania, East Africa and now the Bay Area California, following a career in the NHS. She has carried out a number of assignments for the Department of International Development and other non-Governmental organisations in East Africa. She now concentrates on the sharing of good practice between US and UK healthcare providers.
