As a key member of the Trust Executive Committee, this post will be responsible for the development and delivery of the 2010/11 Operational Plan in the context of the clinical services improvement. This will require the postholder to engage with clinicians and managers to actively review how services are planned and delivered in order to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Experience:

· Five years experience at a senior management level in the NHS
· Considerable success operating at Board level
· Leading and delivery of operational performance
