Committed to high quality patient care, the postholder will support the Director of Clinical Operations in the delivery of site specific operational and strategic priorities. Through working in partnership with a wide range of internal and external partners including patients, clinicians and the Deputy Medical Director and Deputy Director of Nursing you will work together to achieve excellent healthcare.

Required Experience:

· Five years at middle or senior manager level, including budget and staff management
· Strategy development
· Health service sector experience
· Project management, including the delivery of successful change
