Supporting the Director of Operations (Emergency), the postholder will be the lead in the planning and delivery of emergency and unplanned care across the Trust. Working with the Deputy Medical Director and Deputy Director of Nursing they will provide site specific operational management, governance, leadership and the strategic delivery of clinical services within key performance and financial targets.

Required Experience:

· Five years at middle or senior manager level, including budget and staff management
· Strategy development
· Health service sector experience
· Project management, including the delivery of successful change
